We specialize in taking an idea and designing it to meet the customer’s specifications. This includes, the first article as well as limited production of the item. Along with the first article the customer will get a complete set of documentation.

When a customer comes to us with a particular need of a unit or system to perform a given task. We will advise the customer if it is already available over-the-counter (to the best of our knowledge). If it is not available over-the-counter, then we can decuss what it would cost in order to design and build the first article.

In order to accomplish the above task we have the capabilities of a small machine shop used for making master molds and small parts, Molding room for epoxy fabication for making cases and small parts, a amall assembly line where we do through hole as well as surface mount electronic parts on PC boards, Electronic test area where we 100% test anything we ship.

We also wire costumes for lights using LED type lamps. We have the press’ necessary for punching the garmet and setting a grommet for the lamp to be lock into. This gives a gramet the needed strength to withstand normal abuse.
