Filament Chase Lights D1280021
The filament Chase Lights are made in the desired length that fits the customers needs. The lamps are spaced approximately 1″ apart. The lamps are normally wired for a 4 circuit chase operation. Each lamp draws 40 ma of current at 6 volts. The lamps are installed in a 3/8″ Flexible Tube and the ends of the tube are sealed with hot glue to prevent moisture penetration. The Leader wires are color coded for circuit identification. The most common driver for the chase lights is Davis 4- Circuit Chase Module (D1284110). Unless specified by the customer, the Leader length is 24″.

4-Circuit Chase Module D1284110
The 4-Circuit Chase Module is designed to operate on 6 VDC and can handle 2 amps per circuit of current load. The adjustment allows the user to set the speed of the chase. Only one of the circuits will be active at any given time. The common (C) is connected to the positive side of the lamp and the circuits (1-4) are connected to the negative side of the lamps.

Battery Charger D1490100
The Davis Series D1490110 Battery Charger is designed to charge eight 6 volt 7 amp hour batteries to 95 % of their capacity within 16 hours of charge time; however, the charger will charge any lead type 6 volt battery from 1 amp hour to 10 amp hour safely. The charge time is based upon the amp hour of the battery. Each output is calibrated to 6.80 VDC Float charge and is safe to leave the batteries on Float Charge when they are not in use. Each station output is protected with a 2.0 amp polys witch to safeguard against short circuit conditions.
The green LED of a given station will light when a good battery is connected to it. The red LED of that same station will glow when the battery is drawing current; the brightness of the red LED is proportional to the amount of charge being delivered.
The charger is designed to operate on either 120vac/240vac at 50/60 Hz. The selection of the desired voltage is through the fuse holder located on the power input module. The input power cord ca n be selected for the country where the charger is to be used.

Facilities Overview
Assembley/Inventory Area: 2,000 sq. ft.
Epoxy/Vaccum Facility: 150 sq. ft.
Model Machine Shop: 150 sq. ft.
Bulk Storage: 150 sq. ft.
Remote Research & Development: 650 sq. ft.
At our main facility, we have over 2400 square feet of floor space. In addition to our main facility we have about 1000 square feet that is split between two locations where most of the R&D; is done. All three locations have electronic test equipment as well as mechanical equipment for performing the work that is required for a given task. The facilities are setup to perform all work that is required to turn out a proto-type from the conception to a workable unit, and in most cases, to do it inhouse. The facilities are also setup to do limited production at a reasonable cost.
